Multipurpose Maintenance Technicians<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We select candidates with the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Knowledge of electricity or HVAC (preferred);
\n\u2013 Knowledge of water and sewage networks (preferred);
\n\u2013 Knowledge of multipurpose maintenance (metalwork, painting, small repairs, etc.);
\n\u2013 Experience and knowledge in maintenance (preferred);
\n- Immediate availability;
\n\u2013 Own transport or residence in the area (preferential factor).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Main functions:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment;
\n\u2013 Carrying out fault diagnoses;
\n\u2013 Carrying out activities associated with the operation of the building.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
