Main Functions:
\n-Carry out, in a qualified manner, with initiative and responsibility, welcoming customers and all related tasks (IN\/OUT);
\n-Carry out management related to the occupation and contracting of accommodation;
\n-Proceed with the entry of consumption and expenses, issuing, presenting and receiving the respective bills;
\n-Prepare and execute correspondence for the section and respective file;
\n-Reservation management;
\n-Newhotel Hotel Management System (will be positively valued).<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2013 5 months to 1 year of experience in similar functions;
\n-Customer Orientation and Service Quality;
\n-Team spirit;
\n-Knowledge of languages \u2013 English and Spanish;
\n-Good knowledge of tourist information in the region;
\n-Flexibility of schedules;
\n-Immediate availability.<\/p>\n
