We are Recruiting HEAD OF CONCIERGE (M\/F) for TIVOLI AVENIDA LIBERDADE<\/p>\n
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\nAs HEAD OF CONCIERGE (M\/F), you will be responsible for coordinating the Concierge team, receiving, monitoring and supporting the customer from the reservation phase to check-out. Provide information and promote the services of the Hotel and the region in order to guarantee a quality and excellent service, actively and decisively contributing to exceeding customer expectations.<\/p>\n

\n\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s or Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism (preferred).
\n\u2013 Good level of general culture and knowledge of the hotel destination
\n\u2013 Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the accommodation\/hospitality area.<\/p>\n
