\n\u2022 Welcome guests to a hotel establishment, provide information on hotel operations, prices, room features and meals;
\n\u2022 Make reservations and plan room occupancy
\n\u2022 Register guests in the hotel register and indicate their rooms;
\n\u2022 Provide tourist information, receive and send messages and respond to guest requests;
\n\u2022 Issue invoices to customers, participate in the account settlement process<\/p>\n
