What will you have to do<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2013 Carry out Check-in and Check-out tasks;<\/p>\n \u2013 Welcome guests, assign rooms and guide them to their accommodation;<\/p>\n \u2013 Establish communication with the different departments of the hotel;<\/p>\n \u2013 Provide information about the services and activities offered by the hotel;<\/p>\n \u2013 Manage complaints in a professional manner;<\/p>\n \u2013 Assist in preparing daily occupancy reports;<\/p>\n \u2013 Monitor the guest experience until the end of their stay;<\/p>\n \u2013 Ensure compliance with the procedures and standards established by the unit.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n What should you guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2013 Training in Hotel Management or similar;<\/p>\n \u2013 Experience in the role;<\/p>\n \u2013 Knowledge of MS Office and Hotel Management software;<\/p>\n \u2013 Proficiency in the English language;<\/p>\n \u2013 Hourly availability;<\/p>\n \u2013 I like teamwork;<\/p>\n \u2013 Dynamic, communicative and responsible profile.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n What we provide you<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2013 Direct contract with the hotel unit;<\/p>\n \u2013 Competitive salary package based on demonstrated experience + Food Allowance, paid by meal card, worth \u20ac9.60 + Meals in the unit;<\/p>\n \u2013 Opportunity to work in a luxury environment;<\/p>\n \u2013 Accommodation provided by the company, if necessary;<\/p>\n \u2013 Possibility of growth and development in a dynamic company.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Do you want to be part of a team that strives to make every stay unforgettable?
