Concierge (m\/f)<\/p>\n
Mission:
\nProvide a specialized and excellent customer service, welcome guests, respond to their needs and help provide an exceptional, complete and memorable experience.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Identify and anticipate customer needs and consistently develop\/fulfill those expectations, providing an extraordinary experience to all customers;
\n\u2013 Offer personalized solutions by suggesting activities and services provided by the hotel;
\n\u2013 Assist guests by providing information and controlling the entry and exit of customers;
\n\u2013 Provide support to guests in purchasing tours and renting cars, providing guidance on recommendations and reservations for restaurants and tourist activities, among other requests.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2013 Higher or technical\/professional training in the area of Hotel Management or Accommodation Techniques;
\n\u2013 Previous professional experience in international hotel chains;
\n\u2013 Proficiency in English (eliminatory), multilingual preferably;
\n\u2013 Positive, proactive and commercial\/sales attitude;
\n\u2013 Excellent communication and listening skills;
\n\u2013 Ability to work, time management and multiple tasks;
\n\u2013 High customer orientation with focus on detail;
\n\u2013 Cordial, polite, confident and service-minded;
\n\u2013 Good presentation and image;
\n\u2013 Availability and flexibility for rotating and shift schedules.<\/p>\n
