Reporting to the Hotel Management and the Group's Works and Maintenance Department, the technician will perform
\nPreventive and Corrective Maintenance work in the Hotel Units in which it will be inserted. Following orders
\ndaily, monthly and annual work schedules. Fulfilling their tasks in accordance with the standards and regulations
\nquality of the company.<\/p>\n
Functions:
\n-Execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work;
\n-Diagnose possible equipment or system failures;
\n\u2013 Repairs and supervision of equipment, systems and spaces;
\n\u2013 Ensure prevention and picket work;
\n\u2013 Liaison with external Maintenance Companies, Contractors and Suppliers;<\/p>\n
Profile and Requirements:
\n-Experience in maintenance, in Hotel Units or similar;
\n-Academic and\/or professional training in the area;
\n-Proactivity, initiative and team spirit;
\n-Strong organization, planning and analysis and problem-solving skills;
\n-Experience with Maintenance Management Platforms or Programs;
\n-Knowledge of Electricity, HVAC, etc.;
\n-Hourly availability;
\n-Attendance and punctuality;
\n-Immediate availability;
