The PHC Hotels Group is recruiting for its flagship hotel in Lisbon, Hotel Mundial:<\/p>\n
2nd Class Receptionist (M\/F)<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Reception, check-in and check-out of customers;
\n\u2013 Confirm daily entries;
\n\u2013 Delivery of keys\/ Room key-pass;
\n\u2013 Provide tourist, historical and cultural information about the city of Lisbon;
\n\u2013 Make\/confirm and enter reservations into the hotel software;
\n\u2013 Invoicing, launching and charging for consumption;
\n\u2013 Ensure\/anticipate all guest needs, respecting the hotel\u2019s principles and values;
\n\u2013 Promote the services offered by the hotel and make reservations for them;
\n\u2013 Ensure the archiving of documentation used at reception.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2013 Higher or technical education in the area of hotel management or tourism techniques;
\n\u2013 Proven experience in receptionist roles in a 4* or higher hotel (minimum 2 years);
\n\u2013 Essential language: Portuguese and English (written and spoken), other languages valued;
\n\u2013 Excellent presentation and communication skills;
\n\u2013 Good interpersonal relationships and customer orientation;
\n\u2013 Sense of commitment, autonomy and dedication;
\n\u2013 Team spirit, friendliness and punctuality;
\n\u2013 Availability and flexible hours for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays;
\n\u2013 Computer knowledge from a user perspective (management of booking platforms and Inovguest valued).<\/p>\n
