We are currently strengthening our Reception team at one of our hotel units in Castelo de Vide, and we are recruiting 1st and 2nd Receptionists.<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:
\n-Welcome guests, provide information about how the hotel operates, room and meal features;
\n-Make reservations and plan room occupancy;
\n-Register customers in the hotel registry (check in) and show them their rooms;
\n-Record abnormalities, occurrences and information relevant to your sector and the hotel in general, in the occurrence book;
\n-Maintain contact with the floor\/room service to use and check available, closed, released housing units, etc. and occurrences regarding them;
\n- Perform check out, issue invoices, participate in the account settlement process and exchange operations;
\n-Passing information on shifts and services;<\/p>\n
Profile we are looking for:
\n\u2013 Residents in Castelo de Vide or surroundings (preferential factor)
\n\u2013 Proven experience in the area you are applying for;
\n\u2013 Good knowledge of computers from a user perspective;
\n\u2013 Knowledge and handling of the hotel system \u2013 Host (preferred);
\n\u2013 Knowledge of English \u2013 we value knowledge of other languages;
\n\u2013 Good communication skills;<\/p>\n
