Requirements:
\n\u2022 Experience in similar roles in 4 and 5* hotels, for a minimum period of 1 year;
\n\u2022 Passion for customer service and hospitality;
\n\u2022 Team spirit;
\n\u2022 Effective communication and excellent customer service;
\n\u2022 Leadership and team management skills;
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and with flexible hours;
\n\u2022 Ability to solve problems and make decisions;
\n\u2022 Focus on results and continuous improvement;
\n\u2022 Knowledge of computers from the user's perspective;
\n\u2022 Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS);
\n\u2022 Proficiency in English, additional knowledge of other languages is an asset;
\n\u2022 Organization and attention to detail;
\n\u2022 Nice presentation;
\n\u2022 Immediate availability.<\/p>\n
