Main Function: The Restaurant Manager is directly responsible for organizing and planning the service in the restaurant, and must ensure the coordination, discipline and good performance of the waiters under his direct supervision.
\nThe Head Waiter performs his\/her role in collaboration with those responsible for the other sectors (Bar and Kitchen) in order to ensure cohesion and continuous collaboration that guarantees a high quality of service provided to the customer.<\/p>\n
Profile and Requirements:
\nTechnical training at the Technical\/University course level;
\nExperience and knowledge acquired in a similar role, for a minimum period of 6 months;
\nComputer and POS knowledge;
\nSolid knowledge of HACCP;
\nStrong communication skills, particularly in contact with customers;
\nAbility to work under pressure;
\nGood knowledge of the English language, with knowledge of other languages being valued;
\nVersatility, availability and passion for the service;
\nTeam spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships.<\/p>\n
