Function description:
\nCommercial secretary, send proposals, fill out invoices, communicate with foreign suppliers (English is essential), place orders and proposals, request information from suppliers.<\/p>\n
We select candidates with the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Previous experience in the role;
\n\u2013 Fluency in English;
\n\u2013 Good knowledge of IT (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
\n\u2013 Attendance and punctuality;
\n\u2013 Dynamism and proactivity;
\n- Immediate availability.<\/p>\n
