We are seeking a CRM Email Specialist.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing engaging email campaigns, with a focus on customer retention and acquisition.<\/p>\n
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM platform, crafting compelling email strategies, and continually optimizing performance through data-driven insights.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
CRM Management:<\/p>\n
o Oversee the daily operation of our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.<\/p>\n
o Segment and maintain email lists to deliver targeted, personalized campaigns.<\/p>\n
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to update customer records and automate workflows.<\/p>\n
Email Campaigns:<\/p>\n
o Plan, design, and execute email campaigns that support lead generation, nurture sequences, and customer retention.<\/p>\n
o Develop A\/B tests to optimize email subject lines, messaging, layouts, and calls-to-action.<\/p>\n
o Schedule and manage email sending times, ensuring flawless campaign execution and on-time delivery.<\/p>\n
o Content Development & Copywriting:<\/p>\n
o Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers to create impactful, on-brand email templates.<\/p>\n
o Craft compelling email copy that aligns with business goals and resonates with target audiences.<\/p>\n
o Data Analysis & Reporting:<\/p>\n
o Monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates).<\/p>\n
o Generate regular performance reports and deliver insights on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders.<\/p>\n
o Use data to recommend improvements, test new approaches, and enhance overall CRM and email strategies.<\/p>\n
o Compliance & Best Practices:<\/p>\n
o Stay up to date on email best practices, industry trends, and privacy legislation (eg, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).<\/p>\n
o Ensure that all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and maintain a positive sender reputation.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
o Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.<\/p>\n
o 2+ years of experience in emailing, CRM management, or a related role.<\/p>\n
o Proficiency with CRM\/email platforms (eg, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).<\/p>\n
o Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.<\/p>\n
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting experience is a plus.<\/p>\n
o Understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, automation, and personalization tactics.<\/p>\n
o Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.<\/p>\n
