We are looking for an IT Systems, Firewall, Network & Infrastructure Admin to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data & voice communications network. The ideal candidate needs to be capable to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth IT operation especially catered towards hospitality industry.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Includes the below but not limited to:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Responsible for network designing and implementation, project management.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Fully support, configure, maintain, upgrade networks, servers, firewalls and other IT communications systems, hardware's and related software's.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Installation and maintenance of security and telecommunication systems and networks.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Installing and integrating new IT hardware and applications.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Managing the IT infrastructure and coordinating with other departments for the business requirements.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Configuring, managing and maintaining network equipments. Network processing, centralized and distributive network connection. Installing, configuring and administering network technologies.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 SLA management<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience in making good network documents using Visio or PPT<\/p>\n

Job brief<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade networks and in-house servers, firewall, PBX systems and security systems.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Servers are mandatory.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Install and integrate new server hardware and applications<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Keep an eye on needed system updates<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Support and administer third-party applications<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure network security and connectivity<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Resolves problems reported by end user<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Defines network policies and procedures<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Specify system requirements and design solutions<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Research and make recommendations on server system administration.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Vendor co-ordination to ensure the Business up-time<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Knowledge on voice and data (Cross domain Knowledge)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Monitoring daily backups<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Look out for any vulnerabilities arising through antivirus or malware and take action<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Handle daily technical support activities on desktops & laptops, networking, and server log monitoring.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Knowledge in Windows Active Directory and File server<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Basic troubleshooting in printer and scanner<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Knowledge in MS office 2019, office 365 and Open office<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Install and regulate updates on system applications and browsers<\/p>\n
\u00b7 L1 support in Desktops, Laptops, software, and hardware for both internal and onsite clients<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues and resolving issues within given SLA.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Hotel\/hospitality industry background and experience<\/p>\n
\u00b7 1 to 4 years of experience<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching (L1, L2, L3, routing protocol, etc.)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Firewall operation like web filter, Bandwidth management, and implementation of the UTM features.<\/p>\n
Wireless configuration and implementation experience<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to set up and configure hardware (Switches, Routers).<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies<\/p>\n
Should follow ITIL process and meet SLA accordingly<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Hands on experience with VoIP\/Polycom and other systems etc<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Hands-on experience to configure and troubleshoot Switches & Routers<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Sophos, Cisco, fortigate, open-source free-pbx etc<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Working knowledge on IDS, IPS, IPsec Tunnel implementation etc.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Handle Escalations<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Good communication skills-both written and verbal<\/p>\n
