MISSION
\n\u2013 Maintain and develop the resort\u2019s brand image with customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
\n\u2013 Ensure that customers are received in accordance with service excellence standards.<\/p>\n
QUALITY
\n\u2013 Perform baggage loading and unloading functions;
\n\u2013 Accompany customers when entering and leaving the hotel unit;
\n\u2013 Provide information about the resort as well as information regarding the services available.<\/p>\n
SUSTAINABILITY
\n\u2013 Identify existing resources within the resort to reuse and repurpose in order to reduce waste.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\n\u2013 Minimum 12th year of schooling;
\n\u2013 Driving License (Mandatory);
\n\u2013 Knowledge of foreign languages, preferably English.
\n\u2013 Minimum 6 months working as a baggage handler.<\/p>\n
