MISSION
\n\u2013 Ensure that the service provided exceeds customer satisfaction expectations.
\n\u2013 Responsibility for service levels and quality of meals in bars.
\n\u2013 Compliance with all rules and procedures contained in the employee handbook.<\/p>\n
QUALITY
\n\u2013 Contribute to the objectives established by management for beverage sales.
\n\u2013 Contribute to correct stock management.
\n\u2013 Contribute, in your work, to high levels of satisfaction on online platforms.
\n\u2013 Develops and implements plans to reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction and F&B revenues, in particular through:
\n\u2013 Control operating costs and correct when necessary (cost of sales, food and beverage ratios, personnel costs and other operating variables).
\n\u2013 Keep all technical sheets updated by outlet and by event.
\n\u2013 Create opportunities to generate additional revenue (Pop-up events, up selling, etc.).<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\n\u2013 12th Grade.
\n\u2013 Professional restaurant and bar course.
\n\u2013 Higher Education in Hotel Management or Tourism \u2013 Preferential.
\n\u2013 Basic technical knowledge of cooking.
\n\u2013 Proficiency in spoken and written English.
\n\u2013 Preference for one more spoken and written language: French, German. Spanish.
