MISSION
\n\u2013 Responsible for welcoming all guests and clients in the room in accordance with the reception and communication protocol.
\n\u2013 Overall satisfaction of Verdelago Resort customers when receiving them at the designated outlet.
\n\u2013 Ensure the quality of Service required by Blue & Green.
\n\u2013 Compliance with all standards defined by the Resort\/Blue & Green Group.<\/p>\n
QUALITY
\n\u2013 Ensure customer needs are met discreetly and calmly in the restaurant rooms.
\n\u2013 Know all the services and places that the Hotel has available to guests.
\n\u2013 Take care of the organization and image of the restaurant and bar areas.
\n\u2013 Analyze customer complaints and actively participate in their successful resolution.
\n\u2013 Interact with the customer, measuring their level of satisfaction and expectations.
\n\u2013 Know the menus and products served.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\n\u2013 12th Year Training.
\n\u2013 Professional restaurant and bar course.
\n\u2013 Higher Education in Hotel Management or Tourism \u2013 Preferential.
\n\u2013 Basic technical knowledge of cooking.
\n\u2013 Proficiency in spoken and written English.
\n\u2013 Preference for one more spoken and written language: French, German, Spanish.
