MISSION
\n\u2013 Provide a refined gastronomic service to the customer, maintaining the standard required by the hotel and contributing to a good working environment.<\/p>\n
QUALITY
\n\u2013 Organize workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment;
\n\u2013 Prepare dishes with the efficiency of the service protocol, ensuring that the customer receives a high level of quality;
\n\u2013 Ensure optimal conditions in terms of both hygiene and quality.<\/p>\n
SUSTAINABILITY
\n\u2013 Identify existing resources within the resort to reuse and repurpose in order to reduce waste.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\n\u2013 Minimum education level: 12th grade (preferred)
\n\u2013 Previous professional experience in 5* Hotels in the 1st Class Cook category (preferred)
\n\u2013 Proficiency in the English language;
\n\u2013 Proficiency in other languages is an added value;
\n\u2013 Technical-professional kitchen training.
\n\u2013 Experience in stock management;
\n\u2013 High knowledge of HACCP standards;
\n\u2013 Experience in plating and garnishing prepared dishes;
\n\u2013 Experience in checking the quality of the preparation and, whenever necessary, proceeding with the preparation.<\/p>\n
