MISSION
\no Ensure the quality of service and maintenance of all equipment in all areas of the resort, contributing to customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
QUALITY
\no The Multipurpose Maintenance Technician is a professional qualified to perform tasks related to the installation and maintenance of all equipment in the Hotel.
\no Complies with the preventive maintenance plan and necessary corrective maintenance.
\no Performs maintenance operations at the Resort, organizing and recording data relating to the work carried out, in order to provide the technical and accounting elements necessary for management.
\no Operate and regulate machines and equipment necessary to carry out their tasks, taking into account their conservation and cleaning inherent to the work carried out.
\no Align all products and equipment used with the Resort\u2019s quality program.
\no Assembly, repair and maintenance of the equipment they apply, properly identifying and recording the complexity of the faults.
\no Performs maintenance and repairs on various structures whenever necessary.
\no Test and rehearse the equipment, correcting any deficiencies.
\no Participate in the identified training actions.<\/p>\n
SUSTAINABILITY
\no Identify existing resources within the resort to reuse and repurpose in order to reduce waste.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\nTraining:
\no Technical training at 12th grade level;
\no Professional experience in roles in the area of industrial and\/or hotel maintenance and in similar roles;
\no Planning and organizational skills, stress management, problem analysis, teamwork, attention to detail, ease of communication with the client.<\/p>\n
