MISSION
\n\u2013 Provide a refined gastronomic service to the customer, maintaining the standard required by the hotel and contributing to a good working environment.<\/p>\n
QUALITY
\n\u2013 You must supervise, organize, manage the entire operation and eventually advise or guide the team;
\n\u2013 Ensure the training of all kitchen staff;
\n\u2013 Communicate to those responsible for each section the information necessary for the proper functioning of the company;
\n\u2013 Respect the quality standards defined by the company;
\n\u2013 Ensure good organization and coordination of each customer service;
\n\u2013 Ensure with the Head of the Kitchen that the production areas are in an excellent state of cleanliness and in accordance with the hygiene standards in force in the company;
\n\u2013 Be responsible for the quality of the products and goods used in the sections.<\/p>\n
SUSTAINABILITY
\n\u2013 Identify existing resources within the resort to reuse and repurpose in order to reduce waste.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\n\u2013 Minimum education level: 12th grade (preferred)
\n\u2013 Technical-professional kitchen training;
\n\u2013 Knowledge of computers from the user's perspective;
\n\u2013 Foreign languages \u2013 English;
\n\u2013 Proven experience in the role.<\/p>\n
