We are recruiting a Night Auditor (m\/f) to join the Tr\u00f3ia Design Hotel team.<\/p>\n
Mission:<\/p>\n
Overall satisfaction of hotel customers.
\nEnsure the quality of Service required by the Blue & Green Group.
\nCompliance with all Standards and Procedures contained in the employee handbook.<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Responsible for the establishment after the day's managers have left.
\nManage cash movements and invoice settlement, as well as closing the day's operations at reception.
\nEnsure customer safety: you must make all urgent decisions (emergency exits, fire procedures, etc.).
\nEnsure the quality of services provided to customers.
\nResponsible for welcoming customers whose arrival, departure or reservation takes place late.
\nInvoice validation.
\nPreparation of the daily statistical and accounting report for management.
\nPreparation of necessary documents for the morning team.<\/p>\n
Necessary requirements:<\/p>\n
Excellent knowledge of English.
\nMinimum 12th grade of schooling.
\nMinimum 2 years experience in similar roles in 5-star units.
\nGood knowledge of the region, particularly the job market.
\nAvailability to work at night.<\/p>\n
