Vidamar Resort Algarve is recruiting 1st Cooks for its unit in Albufeira.<\/p>\n
Full of several excellent services and comforts, this resort is located next to a natural reserve full of biodiversity, facing the infinite blue of the Atlantic and just a few steps from a golf course, in Herdade dos Salgados.<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Prepare and cook menu and buffet dishes, satisfying the highest customer expectations;
\n\u2022 Plate and garnish dishes in an exquisite manner;
\n\u2022 Replenish products and raw materials whenever necessary, particularly in Buffet services;
\n\u2022 Comply with HACCP procedures and regulations;
\n\u2022 Participate in the organization and cleaning of the kitchen, utensils and other equipment.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with other hotel departments, ensuring the quality and excellence of the service provided.<\/p>\n
Ideal profile:
\n\u2022 Professional technical and\/or higher education course in the kitchen area;
\n\u2022 Proven experience in the role, preferably in 5* units or high-quality restaurants;
\n\u2022 High standards of hygiene and food safety;
\n\u2022 Flexible working hours.<\/p>\n
