Full of several excellent services and comforts, this resort is located next to a natural reserve full of biodiversity, facing the infinite blue of the Atlantic and just a few steps from a golf course, in Herdade dos Salgados.<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Receive and serve guests in restaurants in a personalized, efficient and memorable manner in order to satisfy the highest expectations;
\n\u2022 Provide information about menus, restaurants, hotel, amenities and surroundings;
\n\u2022 Identify and respond promptly and timely to customer needs and expectations;
\n\u2022 Collaborate with other hotel departments, providing a distinctive and excellent experience.<\/p>\n
Ideal profile:
\n\u2022 Secondary education, preferably technical\/professional in the areas of Hotel Management\/Tourism;
\n\u2022 Consolidated experience in the role, preferably in luxury and\/or 5* units;
\n\u2022 Strong focus on providing excellent service with high quality standards;
\n\u2022 Fluent English, other languages will be valued;
\n\u2022 Computer knowledge from the user's perspective;
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
\n\u2022 Nice presentation;
\n\u2022 Honest profile, committed to excellence and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
