The Portugal Best Holiday (PBH) group is recruiting a Cook for Montargil Monte Novo.<\/p>\n
Montargil Monte Novo is located in the heart of the Alto Alentejo, in the town of Montargil, in the municipality of Ponte de Sor, where the warm Alentejo land is bathed by the calm, cool waters of the great lake.<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Prepare food to ensure sophisticated preparation of menu and buffet dishes;
\n\u2022 Replenish products and raw materials whenever necessary, particularly in buffet services;
\n\u2022 Comply with HACCP procedures and regulations;
\n\u2022 Participate in the organization and cleaning of the kitchen, utensils and other equipment.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with other hotel departments, ensuring the quality and excellence of the service provided.<\/p>\n
Ideal profile:
\n\u2022 Experience in the role;
\n\u2022 High standards of hygiene and food safety.<\/p>\n
