Main responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Provide a sophisticated, personalized and memorable restaurant service experience;
\n\u2022 Present the letter and collect the orders;
\n\u2022 Respond promptly and promptly to customer requests, preferences and needs, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
\n\u2022 Maintain communication with the kitchen, ensuring the quality and excellence of the service provided;
\n\u2022 Ensure that the tables in the dining room are tidy and clean;
\n\u2022 Collaborate in the management and resolution of complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Ideal profile:
\n\u2022 Secondary education, preferably technical\/professional in the areas of Hotel\/Catering;
\n\u2022 Experience in the role, preferably in 4 and\/or 5* units;
\n\u2022 Strong focus on providing excellent service, with high quality standards;
\n\u2022 English and\/or other languages will be valued;
\n\u2022 Computer knowledge from the user's perspective;
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Nice presentation;
\n\u2022 Flexible working hours.<\/p>\n
