Resolve problems in a way that is satisfactory to all parties involved.<\/li>\n<li>Identify customer needs and respond proactively to them<\/li>\n<li>Move around dining room and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain point of sale profitability to support overall hotel operations. Control costs (minimizing losses and misuse).<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement cost reduction and profit increase measures.<\/li>\n<li>Acting in accordance with established service standards is essential to the successful performance of this position.<\/li>\n<li>Attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict compliance with HACCP standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in Restaurant management \u2013 minimum 4 years<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English.
