Mission:
\nThis professional's main responsibility is to ensure the quality of service required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Serve meals and drinks to guests and customers;
\n\u2013 Help tidy up the rooms and arrange the tables;
\n\u2013 Ensure that utensils are clean;
\n\u2013 Perform any preparatory services in the room, such as changing clothes;
\n\u2013 Assist in preparing the office;
\n\u2013 Assist or perform the breakfast service in the rooms and other areas of the establishment;
\n\u2013 Register and ask the kitchen for orders made by customers;
\n\u2013 Issue bills and consumption invoices and collect the respective amounts;
\n\u2013 Perform bar work, when necessary, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of preparation utensils and serving drinks.
\n\u2013 Ensure guest loyalty through a professional and proactive approach, always seeking to anticipate and exceed guests\u2019 needs and expectations;
\n\u2013 Sale and promotion of Hotel services.<\/p>\n
Profile:
\n\u2013 Ease of communication;

\n\u2013 Customer-oriented attitude;
\n\u2013 Flexible, proactive, with initiative and team spirit.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2013 12th year of schooling
\n\u2013 Minimum 2 years experience in 5* Hotels.
\n\u2013 Knowledge of computers from the user's perspective;
\n\u2013 Knowledge of foreign languages, specifically English and others;
\n\u2013 Professional card \u2013 Preferential.<\/p>\n
