Job Description
\nWe are looking for a Room Division Manager to join our team at HOTEL FORTE DE GAIA, on a full-time and on-site basis. The professional will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing customer service, supervising reception functions, training the team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nSkills in Guest Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service;
\nExperience in reception roles;
\nAbility to provide training to teams;
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills;
\nStrong organizational and leadership skills;
\nAbility to work in a dynamic and demanding environment;
\nPrevious experience in the hotel industry will be valued;
\nDegree in Hotel Management or related field.
