Responsible for providing a refined gastronomic service to our guests, maintaining the standard required by the hotel, and contributing to a good working environment.<\/p>\n
Profile:
\n\u2022 Aptitude for a distinguished and refined service, strongly customer-oriented;
\n\u2022 Strong desire to work in a team and towards objectives;
\n\u2022 Ease of communication;
\n\u2022 Flexible and available;
\n\u2022 Careful presentation;
\n\u2022 Responsible and organized.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2022 Minimum education level: 12th grade;
\n\u2022 Previous professional experience in 5* Hotels in the 1st Class Cook category;
\n\u2022 Proficiency in English and other languages;
\n\u2022 Technical-professional kitchen training.
\n\u2022 Experience in stock management;
\n\u2022 High knowledge of HACCP standards;
\n\u2022 Experience in plating and garnishing prepared dishes;
\n\u2022 Experience in checking the quality of the preparation and, whenever necessary, carrying out the preparation;
\n\u2022 Experience in Buffet;<\/p>\n
