TALENTSHIFT, a Temporary Employment and Human Resources Management Company, is recruiting for Pine Cliffs Resort:<\/p>\n
Mission: Prepare the customer reception service in the resort's various restaurants in order to maintain the quality and consistency of the service standards.<\/p>\n
Function Description:
\n\u2013 Greet, receive and welcome guests\/customers to the restaurant;
\n\u2013 Direct guests\/customers to the tables;
\n\u2013 Check the special needs of guests\/clients, if necessary;
\n\u2013 Provide all necessary assistance to customers present;
\n\u2013 Confirm the list of reservations and availability;
\n\u2013 Manage waiting lists and inform guests\/clients about estimated times for table availability;
\n\u2013 Ensure that the menu is properly presentable (without folds or defects), clean and up-to-date for guests\/clients;
\n\u2013 Ensure the organization of tables and chairs according to the number of guests\/clients, as well as seats for groups with special needs\/requests (people with reduced mobility\/disability);
\n\u2013 Ensure that the dining area is well presented, as well as the items not available for each guest (napkins, clean cutlery and any other item that is part of the mandatory standard);
\n\u2013 Keep work areas clean throughout the day, using appropriate cleaning procedures;
\n\u2013 Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant environment during guests\/clients\u2019 meals;
\n\u2013 Complaints management;
\n\u2013 Perform other related duties as requested.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2013 Previous experience in customer service;
\n\u2013 Ability to work in a team;
\n\u2013 Strong communication skills;
\n\u2013 Strong sense of customer orientation;
\n- Nice presentation;
\n\u2013 Knowledge of restaurant etiquette standards;
\n\u2013 Accommodation in the Algarve;
\n\u2013 Own transport;
\n\u2013 Availability for permanent contract.<\/p>\n

Professional Training\/Experience:
\n\u2013 Higher\/professional education in the Hotel Management area (or similar);

\n\u2013 Other languages are valued.<\/p>\n
