The PHC Hotels Group is recruiting for its structure in Lisbon:<\/p>\n
Treasurer \/ Steward (M\/F) to join the Group's Management Control department team<\/p>\n
Reporting directly to the Head of Purchasing, your main responsibilities are:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Receiving, checking and storing goods, ensuring compliance with orders and quality standards;
\n\u2013 Stock management and control, ensuring efficient replacement of products required for hotel operations;
\n\u2013 Monitoring the purchasing process, in alignment with operational needs;
\n\u2013 Strict compliance with HACCP standards
\n\u2013 Organization and cleaning of the storeroom and unloading dock;
\n\u2013 Support in carrying out inventories and identifying opportunities for improvement in stock management processes.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Professional Training in Hotel Management, Stock Management or similar areas;
\n\u2013 Minimum of 1 year experience in similar roles, preferably in the hotel sector;
\n\u2013 Knowledge and experience in purchasing and stock management
\n\u2013 Sense of responsibility, organization and attention to detail;
\n\u2013 Light vehicle driving license (preferable).<\/p>\n
