The PHC Hotels Group is recruiting for its Hotel Mundial Unit in Lisbon:<\/p>\n
Houseman (m\/f) with light driving license<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Performs services and tasks related to floors, public areas and laundry, with high versatility and flexibility and in accordance with the strategies defined by supervision;
\n\u2013 Ensures the cleaning of corridors, carpets, windows, facades, curtains and other items entrusted to them;
\n\u2013 Participates in the collection of dirty clothes and distribution of clean clothes across the different services and floors;
\n\u2013 Actively cooperates with floor, public area and laundry teams;
\n\u2013 Transports and collects material between several Units in Lisbon;
\n\u2013 Performs assigned tasks in accordance with work plans, ensuring the highest standards of service;
\n\u2013 Know the quality indicators of the Housekeeping cleaning and tidying service;
\n\u2013 Implements checklists and operational procedures to ensure efficiency, productivity and high quality standards.
\n\u2013 Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with Guests, ensuring that rooms meet their preferences and expectations.
\n\u2013 Coordinates your service on a daily basis, responding to special requests regarding VIPs and frequent guests staying at the Hotel and the procedure to be adopted in relation to them.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2013 Literary qualifications at the level of the 12th year of schooling;
\n\u2013 Minimum 6 months professional experience in similar roles, such as versatile Housekeeping or Maintenance;
\n\u2013 Driving license category B (eliminatory factor);
\n\u2013 Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of English valued;
\n\u2013 Good ability to manage your personal and social emotions;
\n\u2013 Good ability to work in a team;
\n\u2013 Excellent communication skills, mutual assistance and resistance to stress;
\n\u2013 I like detailed service and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
