We are recruiting for our F&B team:
\nRESTAURANT SUPERVISOR (M\/F)<\/p>\n
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u2022 Support the implementation and train the team in the application of Viceroy service standards in F&B outlets;
\n\u2022 Conduct effective periodic communication meetings with all restaurant staff and lead the daily pre-service briefing;
\n\u2022 Ensure the preparation of the room and table service in accordance with established standards and procedures;
\n\u2022 Welcome customers through a personalized service, ensuring the smooth running of the service and total customer satisfaction;
\n\u2022 Monitor the implementation of special offers and look for new ways to improve products;
\n\u2022 Supervise, comply with and enforce all HACCP procedures and standards;
\n\u2022 Control stocks and make the respective requests so that there is no shortage of material during the service;
\n\u2022 Collaborate with the rest of the team and managers in innovating and improving processes, with a focus on optimizing service, revenue, costs, customer satisfaction and team well-being;
\n\u2022 Collaborate with the rest of the team and managers to maintain and consolidate a pleasant and productive work environment;
\n\u2022 Define\/manage schedules, holidays, and absences for your team members;
\n\u2022 Complaints management

REQUIREMENTS:
