Main Function: Responsible for the service in the restaurant, namely ensuring the coordination, discipline and good performance of the waiters under his\/her supervision. Coordinates their work with other sections (Kitchen and Bar), in order to provide a high quality of service.<\/p>\n
Profile and Requirements:
\nTechnical training in Hospitality, or similar function.
\nExperience in a similar role, for a minimum period of 3 years.
\nGood knowledge of the English language, with knowledge of other languages being valued.
\nSolid knowledge of HACCP.
\nComputer and POS knowledge.
\nStrong communication skills, particularly in contact with customers.
\nPlanning and organization skills.
\nAssertive leadership skills.
\nVersatility, availability and passion for service.
\nAbility to work under pressure.
\nTeam spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships.<\/p>\n
