Reporting to the Hotel Management and the Group's Construction and Maintenance Department, the technician will perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work in the Hotel Units in which he\/she will be placed. Following daily, monthly and annual work orders. Fulfilling his\/her tasks in accordance with the company's standards and quality norms.<\/p>\n
Functions:
\n\u2013 Execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work;
\n\u2013 Diagnose any equipment or system failures;
\n\u2013 Repairs and supervision of equipment, systems and spaces;
\n\u2013 Ensure prevention and picket work;
\n\u2013 Liaison with external Maintenance Companies, Contractors and Suppliers;<\/p>\n
Profile and Requirements:
\n\u2013 Experience in maintenance, in Hotel Units or similar;
\n\u2013 Academic and\/or professional training in the area;
\n\u2013 Proactivity, initiative and team spirit;
\n\u2013 Strong organization, planning and analysis and problem-solving skills;
\n\u2013 Experience with Maintenance Management Platforms or Programs;
\n\u2013 Knowledge of Electricity, HVAC, etc.;
\n\u2013 Hourly availability;
\n\u2013 Attendance and punctuality;
\n- Immediate availability;
\n- Driving license.<\/p>\n
