Multipurpose Maintenance Technician (M\/F)<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Will report to the Maintenance Manager and will perform functions inherent to the maintenance of spaces and equipment of the Hotel Units, with intervention in the most diverse areas of activity, namely electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Academic qualifications at the 12th grade level or higher;
\n\u2013 Previous professional experience in similar roles;
\n\u2013 Knowledge of Technical Installations (Electricity, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems, Security Systems, Plumbing, Gas Network), Centralized Technical Management, Electromechanical Systems, Audiovisuals, Civil Construction and Carpentry;
\n\u2013 Availability of schedules;
\n\u2013 I enjoy teamwork and good interpersonal relationships;
\n\u2013 Good communication skills.<\/p>\n
