We are looking for fun, responsible and enthusiastic people who want to grow and develop their careers with us, to perform the role of Unit Supervisor (Lagos) full-time, reporting directly to the company's Management and being responsible for coordinating and controlling all tasks inherent to the operation of a hotel.<\/p>\n
Desired profile:
\n\u2013 Experience in Hospitality
\n\u2013 Computer knowledge and proficiency in the Office package.
\n\u2013 Fluency in languages, particularly English
\n- Driving license;
\n\u2013 Time flexibility;
\n\u2013 Ability to act and solve problems under stress;
\n\u2013 Sense of responsibility and team spirit;<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Responsible for guest relations in general and particularly in critical situations;
\n\u2013 Responsible for coordinating the reception team and cleaning team;
\n\u2013 Responsible for sending support reports to company management;
\n\u2013 Responsible for keeping your workspace and guest spaces clean and organized;
\n\u2013 Responsible for the safety and well-being of all guests and employees;
\n\u2013 Responsible for ensuring compliance with internal rules and procedures.<\/p>\n
