Requirements:
\n\u2013 Leadership skills and experience in team management.
\n\u2013 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2013 Ability to work under pressure and in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
\n\u2013 Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and IT tools.
\n\u2013 Fluency in Portuguese and English (or other languages are a plus).
\n\u2013 Team spirit and customer focus.<\/p>\n
Functions to be performed:
\n\u2013 Supervise and coordinate the reception team, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.
\n\u2013 Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and user-friendly.
\n\u2013 Ensure that all information regarding reservations and procedures is clearly communicated to the reception team.
\n\u2013 Resolve guest complaints and issues quickly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
\n\u2013 Ensure compliance with guest security and privacy standards, especially regarding personal data.
\n\u2013 Work collaboratively with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, etc.) to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
\n\u2013 Perform daily reservation control and assist in managing room availability.
\n\u2013 Perform administrative tasks, such as controlling billing, payments, and occupancy reports.
\n\u2013 Ensure that the reception team is properly trained, motivated and focused on providing quality service.<\/p>\n
