F&B Manager (M\/F) \u2013 Immediate Entry<\/p>\n
Function description:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Supervise F&B operations with a focus on excellence;
\n\u2013 Ensure luxury standards in customer service and services;
\n\u2013 Lead and develop the team collaboratively;
\n\u2013 Control costs, prioritizing profitability and quality;
\n\u2013 Ensure food safety standards and good practices.<\/p>\n
We select candidates with the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Fluent English (mandatory);
\n\u2013 Experience as F&B Manager, preferably in luxury hotels;
\n\u2013 Knowledge of operational, cost and event management;
\n\u2013 Leadership profile, organized, proactive and results-oriented;
\n\u2013 Availability of schedules.<\/p>\n
