Maintenance Manager \u2013 Immediate Entry<\/p>\n
Function description:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Supervise hotel systems, equipment and facilities;
\n\u2013 Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of infrastructures;
\n\u2013 Prevent failures with preventive and corrective maintenance;
\n\u2013 Coordinate maintenance team and outsourced services;
\n\u2013 Validate technical services and report needs to management;
\n\u2013 Ensure safe and continuous operation of the building.<\/p>\n
We select candidates with the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Experience as a maintenance manager, preferably in luxury hotels;
\n\u2013 Technical knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and air conditioning systems;
\n\u2013 Proactive, organized and safety-focused profile;
\n\u2013 Leadership and good communication in team management.<\/p>\n
