Insurance Brokerage Administrative Officer (M\/F)<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2013 Mandatory minimum education;
\n\u2013 Technical course in areas such as banking or insurance (preferred);
\n\u2013 Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.<\/p>\n
Core Skills:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Organization and communication;
\n\u2013 Computer knowledge;
\n\u2013 Mastery of tools such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook;
\n\u2013 Proactivity;
\n\u2013 Rigor and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
Functions:
\n\u2013 Customer service and telephone service;
\n\u2013 Management and monitoring of claims processes;
\n\u2013 Registration and analysis of claims reports;
\n\u2013 Updating the insurer\u2019s indicators and information systems;
\n\u2013 Preparation of reports on administrative activities.<\/p>\n
