Commercial<\/p>\n
Education and Experience:
\n\u2022 Previous experience in sales or customer acquisition roles (minimum 1 year);
\n\u2022 Experience in recruitment, temporary work, or outsourcing is valued.<\/p>\n
Technical skills:
\n\u2022 Proficiency in computer tools from a user's perspective (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
\n\u2022 Ease of use of digital platforms and social networks for prospecting and recruitment purposes;
\n\u2022 Ability to prepare commercial proposals.<\/p>\n
Behavioral skills:
\n\u2022 Strong focus on results and achieving objectives;
\n\u2022 Communication and negotiation skills;
\n\u2022 Proactivity, dynamism and autonomy;
\n\u2022 Time management and organizational skills;
\n\u2022 Enjoy interacting with clients and have an ease in establishing trusting relationships;
\n\u2022 Team spirit.<\/p>\n
