\u2013 Experience in the role;
\n\u2013 Attendance and punctuality;
\n\u2013 Sense of responsibility and spirit of initiative;
\n\u2013 Dynamism and proactivity;
\n\u2013 Good presentation and friendliness;
\n\u2013 Fluency in English (mandatory factor);
