\n\u2013 Deepen and develop knowledge in the area of tourism in order to add value to the relationship with the customer;
\n\u2013 Ensure customer service in order to provide excellent service;
\n\u2013 Master the products, processes and market knowledge to ensure that sales are profitable.<\/p>\n
