INATEL FOUNDATION is looking to recruit 1 Technician for Lisbon, for the Tourism Department, Customer Support area, for service quality control and management of travel complaints.<\/p>\n
FUNCTIONS:
\nManage complaints from customers and suppliers
\nRespond to and coordinate with the INATEL Foundation Ombudsman to manage complaints
\nCustomer support telephone service
\nProcessing and analysis of satisfaction surveys received
\nPreparation of surveys for computerization (opening and separation by trips)
\nReplace the assistant director whenever necessary<\/p>\n
PROFILE:
\nMinimum academic qualifications at 12th grade level
\nProfessional experience in similar roles
\nGood writing, negotiation and argumentation skills (with fluid speech)
\nI like interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
\nOrganization, proactivity and dynamism
\nKnowledge of English (with the ability to manage a conversation)
\nCustomer Orientation
\nComputer knowledge from the user's perspective (Word and Excel)
\nWe also value experience in tour operations or travel agencies, and knowledge of Galileo and\/or Amadeus (for support whenever necessary)<\/p>\n
