\nAcolher os h\u00f3spedes com simpatia e profissionalismo
\nGerir check-ins, check-outs e reservas (online e telef\u00f3nicas)
\nPrestar apoio e esclarecer d\u00favidas com foco na satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente
\nLidar com sugest\u00f5es, elogios e eventuais reclama\u00e7\u00f5es de forma construtiva
\nApoiar nas tarefas di\u00e1rias da rece\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n
Profile:
\nForma\u00e7\u00e3o em Turismo e\/ou Hotelaria (preferencial)
\nExperi\u00eancia em fun\u00e7\u00f5es semelhantes, especialmente em hotelaria
\nBons conhecimentos de ingl\u00eas (fator eliminat\u00f3rio)
\nBoa comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, esp\u00edrito de equipa e atitude positiva
\nFlexibilidade hor\u00e1ria e gosto pelo trabalho noturno<\/p>\n
Conditions:
