The PHC Hotels Group is recruiting for its Convent Square Lisbon Hotel unit in Lisbon:<\/p>\n
Reservations Technician (M\/F) to join the Group's Reservations department team<\/p>\n
Reporting directly to the Reservations Supervisor, your main responsibilities are:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Telephone and email support for direct customers, travel agencies and companies;
\n\u2013 Receiving and processing offline reservations from operators with control over the use of allotments and the contract or promotional rate to be applied;
\n\u2013 Control of all reservations from the channel manager, checking payment details (direct or billing to the agency) and special requests to ensure that the room allocated at reception is in accordance with what was requested by the customer;
\n\u2013 Daily control of reservations with prepayment (preparation of proforma invoices and sending to agencies without credit), ensuring that payment is made before the arrival of customers and invoicing them with information for credit control;
\n\u2013 Follow up with direct clients with the aim of completing the sale of the proposal sent;
\n\u2013 Responses to Booking and Expedia message center.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2013 Professional training course or higher education in the area of Tourism (preferential);
\n\u2013 Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles and in international hotel chains (preferred);
\n\u2013 Capacity and appetite for commercial activity with a focus on sales and results-oriented;
\n\u2013 Group booking experience will be valued;
\n\u2013 Friendliness, availability and enjoyment of contact with the client;
\n\u2013 Knowledge and experience in using PMS Opera;
\n\u2013 Knowledge of computer tools from a user perspective (Excel, Word and Outlook);
\n\u2013 Fluent in spoken and written English, with other languages being valued;
\n- Immediate availability.<\/p>\n
