My name is Alessandra, I am from Brazil and I arrived in Portugal a year ago. This is the second time I
\nlive abroad, as I lived in the USA for about nine years before coming back to Brazil in 2011.<\/p>\n
I used to be a teacher back in Brazil . Brazil is a huge country and due to its location, I mean ,
\ngeographically speaking, it seems like we are far away from everything in some way. Living in a
\nEuropean city gives me another perspective, and the opportunity to be in touch with people from many nationalities, as I am always among foreigners
\nfrom everywhere in the world. It fills my heart with joy and gives me a pleasure
\nwhich is priceless. As I work as a receptionist in a hotel, I frequently interact with guests from different
\ncultures and backgrounds and I often find myself delighted with their life stories . In the end, I see
\nthat we are all more alike than different.<\/p>\n
I am an open-minded, empathetic kind of person. I usually put myself in other people\u2019s shoes in order to better understand their feelings.<\/p>\n
I am looking for a position as a receptionist or any other spot that I would be able to work directly with clients. I
\nlove learning new languages and improving my French and Italian knowledge and skills is one of my
\npursuits.<\/p>\n

Meu nome \u00e9 Alessandra, eu sou do Brasil e cheguei em Portugal h\u00e1 um ano. Essa \u00e9 a segunda vez que eu estou vivendo em outro pa\u00eds, eu residi nos EUA por cerca de nove anos e regressei ao Brasil em 2011.<\/p>\n
Eu trabalhava como professora no Brasil. O Brasil por ser extenso em termos geogr\u00e1ficos, faz com que seus habitantes se sintam de
\nalguma forma, um tanto isolados do resto do mundo. Viver em um pa\u00eds europeu e lidar com pessoas de diversas partes do globo me faz
\nsentir conectada, me traz uma satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o inigual\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n
Como trabalho em uma recep\u00e7\u00e3o de um hotel, sempre estou interagindo com pessoas de culturas e nacionalidades diferentes. Muitas
\nvezes escuto hist\u00f3rias de vida muito marcantes. No fim das contas, vejo que somos todos mais parecidos do que diferentes.<\/p>\n
Estou em busca de uma oportunidade de emprego na \u00e1rea de atendimento ao cliente. Eu gosto de aprender outros idiomas, no
\nmomento estou aperfei\u00e7oando as minhas habilidades em franc\u00eas e italiano.<\/p>\n
