My name is Sara Serra, I am 37 years old, I have a degree in Tourism from the Polytechnic Institute of

\nI decided to enroll in higher education, obtaining a degree in Tourism and aiming to
\nlearn more and better about each area of this sector.
\nI worked for AccorHotels and StayHotels, where I held leadership positions that gave me
\nmade us see how much training is necessary in all sectors. I also realized, during
\nthis period when I had the desire to share my knowledge with my colleagues,
\nthey have different ways of learning.
\nI therefore chose to obtain the CCP, considering the importance of initial pedagogical training
\nof trainers, does not exhaust the need for a permanent commitment in terms of reinforcement and
\nupdating skills, especially in areas that promote innovation in
\nlearning, the motivation of trainees for better performance and efficient response
\nand effectively meets the training needs of companies.
\nI like to combine teamwork with individual work. Considering myself to be quite active, I am available to try out any type of role, since all sharing and learning is necessary and useful.

I would like to point out that I am the mother of a 3-year-old child, and due to this wonderful phase of my life, my schedule is not flexible. I am available weekly until 6 pm.<\/p>\n
