I am a dynamic Human Resource and Financial analyst who earned her Bachelor’s degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria (B.Sc; 2nd class upper Honours) in Mass communication, which has provided me with an excellent knowledge of Human Relations, Communication, journalism and interpersonal skills. I am a certified member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chattered) with a master’s in business administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, an associate Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) and experience in Human resource, Payroll coordination and Accounts analysis. With my practical work experience in different sectors and spheres for over 7years, I have gained tremendous experience that will make me an asset to the organization particularly the accounts, Customer Service, communication, administration and HR departments.<\/p>\n
At FirstBank, I am able to manage diverse customer needs while promoting the company product and values that will suit each customer’s need, learn and apply financial intelligence, positive brand representation, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and corporate communications. At Tomato Jos Farming and Processing Ltd; an agricultural firm that promotes growth of healthy locally grown food and rural farmer extension support, I served as Accounts Payable and then Human Resource. I have gained knowledge of how to set up and implement policies on HR, Nigerian Labour Laws, recruit, negotiate, represent Company and employees, reward, sanction and motivate staff and also learnt how to trace financial transaction, prepare payroll, taxes, pension and all other labour and finance resource management for a farm as large as 500 hectares. At Daar Communications (Africa Independent Television AIT as a programmes\/ transmitting officer, I have developed professional skills that has enabled me manage time effectively, prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, and still provide a high-quality service and programmes to my clients and audience. Also, my teaching experience has enabled me to relate with different children and parents (adults) from various cultures and backgrounds making me more responsible, efficient plus humble and has sharpened my leadership and coaching skills.<\/p>\n
With my Master\u2019s degree, I believe my passion for promoting any business, effectively contributing to its management and increasing efficiency in meeting business, employee and customer goals is being sharpened and will be of tremendous benefit to the organization. I possess strong analytical and computer skills, good understanding of communication ethics. I am fluent in English and Hausa languages with proficiency in International Computer Driving License (ICDL, Kaduna), Human Resource Management (SkillsEdge, Abuja), Project Management (SkillsEdge, Abuja), English Culture and I.T from Itchen College (Southampton, UK) and several software tool liks Microsoft office, Finacle, Sage, Xero. I speak basic French and have also earned several awards and enjoyed scholarships. My written and verbal communication skills are excellent, as well as my leadership and team building abilities, as I have often had to allocate tasks, train and mentor others. I am a committed, enthusiastic, goal-oriented problem solver with the necessary skills to be of great value to the organization.<\/p>\n
